Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, click on any items that you wish to buy, which will add them to your order. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Next day delivery is not available on chuchicake orders as they are all made individually. Deliveries are usually 48Hr to UK.All deliveries require a signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
We can ship to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands, Europe,USA, Canada and the rest of the world. For delivery charges in these areas please call or email us first with your specific requirements as charges for these areas are significantly higher.
Processing
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. Please allow longer around Bank Holidays and peak times e.g. Christmas. Please check the home page for Christmas shipping details.
In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
Wrong Address / Corrections
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost which we will add to your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellations
We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the unlikely event you are not
balms and crafts will you offer a refund on unopened items returned to us within 14 calender days of receipt provided they are in their original resalable condition. Simply notify us at balms and crafts of your intention to cancel within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (including outward delivery charges if they apply) within 14 working days of receiving the goods back. Please note you are responsible for the return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can not offer a refund if the product is lost and there is no proof of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation of an order
We use Paypal for all of our transactions. Paypal is a secure payment service which is used by millions of people in over 55 countries.
When you decide which of our items you would like to buy you simply click on the button under the relevant product. You will then be taken to a secure Paypal page which will show details of your purchase. You can either continue shopping with us or proceed to checkout by selecting the relevant option.
If you chose to continue shopping you can add as many items as you wish, which will be added to your Paypal ‘shopping basket’ as detailed above. All of your items will be shown individually and you can decide to remove any if you wish. The postage and packing charge will display as a total and will automatically be calculated based on our advertised prices.
When you proceed to checkout you can either login with an existing Paypal account if you have one or simply choose to pay with a number of credit and debit card options. You will then be asked to complete your personal information ie name, address, card details etc. and then asked to confirm your purchase.
When your order has been processed you will receive an email from Paypal confirming all the details. This is your proof of purchase. Once this has been issued you can rest assured that your order will be processed and will be delivered as per our Terms and Conditions.
Cheque payments can be taken over the telephone at the number below and delivery sent once the cheque is cleared.
